The professional will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and continuously improving vessel production systems and processes, working closely with various departments across the company. **Location:** Pedra Branca Neighborhood\- Palhoça – SC **Sector:** Nautical Industry **Immediate Start \| On-site Position** **Employment Type:** CLT **Key Responsibilities Include:** · Develop and maintain technical documentation related to lamination, deburring, and finishing processes. · Prepare and update technical reports, bills of materials (BOM), blueprints, 3D models, product manuals, and work instructions. · Size and develop systems for new products and future vessels, ensuring integration with other subsystems. · Serve as the technical lead for hydraulic and mechanical systems aboard vessels in production. · Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to sequence production activities and define processes. · Support the assembly and review of work instructions for new products and processes. · Identify opportunities for product and production process improvements, including analyses and reviews stemming from quality alerts and post-sales feedback. · Lead technical improvement projects and implement solutions in existing systems. · Develop and qualify new suppliers and materials, aiming for performance, quality, and cost reduction. · Support technical adaptations of vessels to meet regulatory standards and requirements. · Ensure project compliance with national and international technical standards (ABNT, ABYC, CE, among others). · Act as the interface between Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and After-sales departments. · Monitor safety, performance, and quality requirements of developed systems throughout the product lifecycle.
