Fleet Analyst

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and managing fleet costs, maintenance, and documentation, as well as monitoring vehicle usage and conducting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet cost control and management 2. Maintenance planning and monitoring 3. Monitoring of mechanical availability and productivity * Control fleet costs (fuel, maintenance, tolls, tires, washes, damages). * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor vehicle mechanical availability and productivity levels. * Update and track all mandatory vehicle documentation (licensing, DPVAT, insurance, tachographs, ARTs, trackers). * Manage contracts with repair shops and sector suppliers (maintenance, parts, tracking, tires). * Control and audit fuel card usage, average consumption, and deviations. * Monitor vehicle tracking and respond to alerts and irregularities. * Track trip checklists, safety inspections, and vehicle conditions. * Control traffic fines and follow up on handling and driver designation.
