Job Summary: Responsible for preparing technical reports, budgets, schedules, conducting inspections, resolving technical problems, and mediating interests on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Mediation of interests between client and service providers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of photographic technical reports; * Preparation of construction and service budgets; * Field-based technical problem resolution; * Investigation and analysis of construction pathologies; * Mediation of interests between client and service providers; * Preparation of construction and service schedules; * Conducting building and construction site inspections; * Preparation of material requisitions; * Quotation and procurement of supplies; * Reading, interpretation, and, when necessary, adjustments to project documents. **COMPENSATION:** * Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 523.95/month * Breakfast Allowance: R$ 97.31/month * Basic Food Basket: R$ 121.23/month * Transportation Allowance: R$ 247.80/month **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Construction Technology programs; * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree Driver's License Required: B
