Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Systems Analyst to work on the implementation and customization of a new ERP system, developing and testing systems and resolving technical issues. We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and customization of the company's new ERP. We seek someone willing to learn, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and who aims for professional growth. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Demonstrated proficiency in Python development; * Practical experience in ERP system implementation projects; * Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.); * Proactive, dynamic, agile individual with IT skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: * Analyze and develop system projects, gather requirements, map business processes, and perform data modeling to study and implement systems aligned with business rules; * Analyze performance of deployed systems and resolve technical issues; * Develop systems, conduct testing, and provide software support; * Support implementation, configuration, and customization of the new ERP; * Develop and adjust modules and reports according to company needs; * Perform integrations between the new ERP and other systems; * Document applied processes and system improvements; * Work with SQL and Python programming languages. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL for database manipulation and querying; * Experience in Python development, including relevant frameworks and libraries; * Knowledge of requirements analysis, data modeling, and system design; * Familiarity with software testing methodologies; * Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical problems; Preferred Qualifications: * English (reading and writing); * Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git); * Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); * Experience in API and microservices development; * Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP); * Prior experience (even academic) with Odoo or other ERP systems; * Participation in or execution of Odoo or other ERP implementations; * Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); * Interest in learning about ERP systems and business processes; * Residency in the central region of Florianópolis/SC.
