This person will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of scalable, sustainable, and high-quality solutions while promoting modern software engineering practices, agile methodologies, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a **Systems Coordinator**, you will play a critical role in processes involving the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities** * Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams, promoting sound software engineering practices. * Ensure appropriate solution architecture, with emphasis on APIs, microservices, messaging, front-end, and back-end. * Act as an enabler in adopting agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), fostering transparency, collaboration, and frequent deliveries. * Implement and maintain software development and quality assurance processes. * Analyze and monitor agile project metrics and software quality metrics. * Foster a DevOps culture by supporting CI/CD pipeline automation and security practices throughout the development lifecycle. * Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into clear, objective technological solutions. * Support project management through presentations, status reports, scope management, timeline tracking, and risk assessment. * Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance product efficiency and quality. * Conduct training, mentoring, and technical feedback sessions to foster continuous team growth. * Ensure documentation, processes, and engineering artifacts remain up-to-date and well-structured. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in Software Architecture (APIs, Microservices, Messaging, Front-end, and Back-end). * Solid knowledge of design patterns, scalability, modularity, security, and software maintenance. * Hands-on experience with software testing (functional, unit, non-functional, acceptance, exploratory). * Knowledge of programming languages and SQL. * Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and project management. * Active listening skills, empathy, and effective communication with teams and stakeholders. * Experience with tools such as Bitbucket, Jira Software, and Confluence. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to prepare presentations and status reports focused on scope and timeline management. * Systemic vision and a software engineering mindset (documentation, processes, and best practices). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with functional test automation. * Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools. * Interest and experience in adopting new technologies and applied innovation.
