For the **Sales Associate** position at Decathlon, we operate in the following sports universes: Gym & Fitness Water Sports Boxing & Martial Arts Racquet Sports Camping, Hiking & Winter Sports Surfing & Beach Sports Team Sports Cycling Skateboarding, Roller Skating & Scooters Running & Walking Table Tennis & Ping Pong Fishing & Equestrian Yoga **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Deliver effective customer service for sports enthusiasts, achieving optimal sales by understanding customers’ purchasing needs and fostering loyalty; * Support the store fitting room, organizing it and assisting customers as needed; * Ensure attractive product display, restocking, replenishment, organization, and performance; * Operate the cash register. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, on rotating shifts * Passion for sports * Retail experience is considered a plus **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport * Be action- and challenge-oriented * Be passionate about customer satisfaction * Value collective play and teamwork * Be proactive and entrepreneurial-minded * Be able to work responsibly and autonomously **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly salary, transportation allowance, meal voucher or food allowance, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
