Our expertise is human and alive: we embrace differences to empower businesses both inside and outside the company. **Your challenge on the team:** The challenge for our Automated Systems Solutions (SAS) team is to build customized integrations via APIs between RD’s product portfolio and external systems (such as ERPs, CRMs, customer service platforms, clients’ proprietary systems, etc.), using REST/SOAP APIs. The SAS team’s mission is to deliver automated solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. With a 'customer-first' approach, we leverage creativity and innovation to tailor platforms to each client’s unique needs through consumption of REST and SOAP APIs and development of automation scripts—transforming challenges into opportunities and delivering solutions with strong connectivity, security, and performance to drive our customers’ success. **Your key responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain system integrations via consumption of REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring efficient communication between platforms; * Create and optimize JavaScript scripts for process automation, data manipulation, and customizations required for client projects; * Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues and failures related to integrations, acting swiftly to ensure stability of implemented solutions; * Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align best practices, report bugs, and ensure end-to-end integration efficiency; * Maintain clear and organized technical documentation for integration projects, processes, APIs used, and implemented solutions; * Interact with clients to understand technical requirements, align expectations, and present developed solutions. **Profile we’re looking for:** * Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs; * Ability to analyze technical documentation and understand integration requirements; * Experience with integration tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Zapier); * Experience in JavaScript for data manipulation and automation; * Experience using API monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia); * Knowledge of authentication and security methods (e.g., OAuth, JWT, API Keys); * Analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting integration failures; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with cloud services and architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * Familiarity with RD Station platforms (Conversations, Marketing, CRM); * Being (or aspiring to become) an active community member who shares knowledge internally and externally through events, articles, mentoring, volunteer initiatives, open-source projects, etc. **Selection process steps:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills assessment; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final discussion with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including job offer presentation. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply based on process requirements.
