Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized Production Assistant to join our team in the Fazenda neighborhood of São José. The professional will be essential to our workshop’s workflow, ensuring garment preparation and material organization for seamstresses. Main Responsibilities: Workflow Distribution: Organize and distribute tasks among seamstress professionals. Preparation: Prepare garments for sewing (sorting, cut organization, and kit assembly). Materials Management: Maintain all notions organized and verified. Operational Support: Use manual dexterity to assist with sewing tasks. Requirements: Proven manual dexterity in sewing. Organization and agility to handle production workflow. Proactive profile with strong communication skills. Easy access to the Fazenda neighborhood (São José/SC). What We Offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Transportation Allowance (VT): Provided by the company. Bonus. Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen on-site for meals. Salary: R$ 2.000,00 + bonuses. Employment Type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.400,00 per month. Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
