Your Mission Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction by leveraging data to align performance across the entire logistics chain. Key Responsibilities * KPI Management: Define and monitor performance indicators at the logistics center and branches. * Integration and Optimization: Ensure efficient flow and rapid replenishment between branches. * Action Plans: Develop and execute actions to correct deviations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. * Process Improvement: Design strategies to optimize receiving, warehousing, and shipping. * Leadership: Supervise and develop the team, establish continuous improvement processes. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in logistics leadership. * Experience in indicator analysis. * Proactivity, organization, and systemic vision.
