




**Description:** Provide support to drivers and affiliated carriers during trips, directing them to loading destinations, advising on optimal routes, and other related tasks; – Guide drivers in case of accidents or maintenance issues, directing them to nearby workshops, communications, etc.; – Verify and monitor reports and documents for the international fleet, reporting irregular or expired documentation; – Carry out the process of attaching and detaching trailers, using the checklist for tractors and trailers, delivering and/or receiving necessary materials; – Create routes in the system and make necessary corrections to traffic control as required; – Monitor vehicles (fleet and affiliated carriers) via traffic control systems; – Track drivers’ working hours; – Issue and print freight bills to process payments to affiliated carriers and third parties; – Notify the operational area of new driver hiring to enable trip scheduling; – Register international CRTs in the system, input relevant data, and inform the cargo manifest for trip release; When working at Warehouses (Triunfo): – Monitor insurer authorization for vehicles to enable issuance of the loading order; – Provide support regarding information and/or billing; – Receive transportation scheduling from customers and report availability of drivers and trucks (CLOG); – Contact customers in cases of surplus products upon delivery to receive instructions and guidance; – Track trucks via the GPS monitoring system to keep customers informed about delivery deadlines, promptly communicating delays, damages, and other issues to meet scheduling requirements; – Monitor truck GPS tracking devices; – Perform pre-trip GPS tracker checklist; – Consolidate shipments by customer and delivery; – Responsible for tracking CTE issuance billing through the Customer Portal. When working at Warehouses (Rio Grande): – Receive customer instructions, analyze inventory stock, and instruct warehouse operations regarding which product(s) and quantities will be loaded onto each vehicle. Conduct inventory control between the customer’s system and physical stock. Update shipment data in the customer’s system. Contact the customer regarding shipment/loading matters; update KPIs. Enter invoices into the system; issue return invoices. Prepare various reports as required to support decision-making related to the company’s production process.
