Palhoça/SC **Units:** SP \| SC \| Americana/SP \| RS \| PR \| RJ \| MG \| ES **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury Develop and monitor financial planning Control cash flow and financial projections Analyze financial results and propose improvements Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations Support internal and external audits Manage and develop the finance team Interface with accounting departments, banks, and other areas **Required Knowledge:** Cash flow and working capital management Financial and budgetary planning (Budget and Forecast) Analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) Accounting and financial reconciliation Financial indicators (KPIs) ERP systems (Sankhya is a plus) Microsoft Office tools Behavioral Competencies Leadership and team management Analytical thinking and strategic vision Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and sense of urgency Punctuality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Data-driven decision making Education Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Accounting) \+ Postgraduate studies desirable Employment options: CLT (with benefits) or PJ **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| 1 hour 12 minutes lunch break Don’t miss this opportunity to grow and join an innovative team!
