**Description of responsibilities the professional will perform**
Calculate full Land Cost per process (freight, insurance, II, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, customs expenses)
Update costs according to exchange rate fluctuations, freight changes, and tax adjustments
Identify and report deviations between forecasted and actual costs
Generate cost reports by product, SKU, and container for managerial support
Build and update the import payment flow (wire transfer, letter of credit, freight, customs broker, warehousing)
Submit validated payment requests to Accounts Payable with supporting documentation
Reconcile paid amounts versus approved amounts, identifying discrepancies
Monitor due dates and issue preventive alerts to management and finance
Update inventory reports based on import receipts and ERP outbound transactions
Calculate and monitor inventory turnover (DSI) by product and category
Identify risks of stockouts or excess inventory and report them to management
Verify physical and fiscal receipt of goods against import documentation
Maintain updated dashboards and spreadsheets with operational KPIs
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Extract and organize ERP data for analysis
Standardize inspection processes and ensure information traceability
**Requirements**
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in import operations, cost accounting, or controllership
Knowledge of import taxation: II, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ICMS
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional and array formulas)
Experience with ERP systems (data extraction and manipulation)
Land Cost calculation and import cost structure knowledge
Understanding of Incoterms and their logistical impact on costs
Advantages

Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
