




We are seeking a **Field Engineer** to join our team, responsible for the execution and supervision of field projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established deadlines. This professional will work across multiple operational fronts, focusing on meeting the technical and operational needs of our projects through the application of innovative and efficient solutions. **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate and supervise field activities * Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and required specifications. * Prepare technical reports documenting field-collected data and proposing continuous improvements. * Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during field operations. * Provide technical support for problem resolution during field operations. * Receive materials and assets purchased for the project **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD; * Knowledge of project management, scheduling, and quality control; * Ability to prepare technical reports and interpret drawings and project documentation; * Familiarity with technical standards, occupational safety, and applicable legislation; * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations; * Availability to work standard business hours during weekdays, plus weekends when required; * Solid experience in this role; **Additional information** **Working hours**: To be determined. **Work model**: On-site. **Location:** Tenente Leovegildo Pinheiro, 1500 – Fazenda Santo Antônio, São José – Santa Catarina.
