As an Administrative Assistant, you will work alongside our Logistics team:

We are looking for a professional interested in working in the operations area, supporting processes and contributing to service quality. This person will play a key role in supporting administrative routines and managing relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring organization and efficiency in daily processes.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Manage customer and colleague relationships, providing support and guidance;
Perform general administrative tasks;
Classify and organize documents;
Monitor data, perform entries, and maintain updated records;
Organize physical and digital files, including document digitization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in occupational health or related fields;
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
Driver's license category B;
**Full proficiency in computer resources such as:** Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft tools, web browsers, and search engines.
