Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing cash register operations, customer service, and administrative support in a food and beverage environment. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support for orders and menu information 2. Full cash register management, including daily closing and reconciliation 3. Administrative support to the Food and Beverage Coordinator **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Enter orders into the system, close customer accounts, and issue fiscal receipts for customer signature during service. * Respond to customer requests/orders via telephone. * Provide menu-related information upon request. * Present the bill and collect corresponding payments from customers. * Organize signed service vouchers and forward them to reception. * Reconcile services rendered with system entries and perform daily cash register closing. * Deposit daily cash receipts into the designated safe. * Monitor the pre-established fixed fund amount on a daily basis. * Generate reports related to transaction entries. * Promptly transmit orders to the kitchen and to room service waitstaff. * Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Coordinator upon request. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Education:** Completed high school. **Specific Knowledge:** Microsoft Office suite and internet; **Work Schedule:** Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT); Meal allowance (VA); Health and dental plans; Group life insurance; SESI and SESC pharmacy benefits; Full uniform provided.
