Responsibilities * Greet and serve customers attentively, courteously, and efficiently * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system * Prepare and serve classic and original cocktails with technical excellence and creativity * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar * Contribute to a welcoming, collaborative, and dynamic atmosphere Requirements * Experience in mixology (but applications without experience are also welcome) * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and a warm, approachable personality * Agility, attention to detail, and strong teamwork orientation * Availability to start immediately and flexibility with working hours Work Schedule * 36-hour weekly schedule (must be available to work on weekends) Advantages * Mixology or cocktail-making courses * Experience serving in high-volume bars * Interest in growing with the brand Benefits * Salary: R$ 1\.900,00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 200.00/month * On-site meals * 20% discount on Killbrew products Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
