Location:** Florianópolis City Center – SES/SC ?? On-site work model **?? Key Responsibilities:** Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data used by the company; Participate in team agile ceremonies (e.g., planning and daily stand-ups); Design test plans and execute tests on ETL/ELT pipelines; Validate data with engineers and analysts; Identify and report data defects, inconsistencies, and anomalies; Document executed tests, identified errors, and validation patterns; Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Product teams to continuously improve data QA processes. **??? Requirements:** Experience validating data in ETL/ELT pipelines; Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree; Relevant work experience; Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for queries and comparisons; Ability to identify and report data anomalies or quality breakdowns; Knowledge of automated data testing (e.g., regression, consistency, and integrity); Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server); Basic understanding of Git for code versioning. **?? Preferred (you can develop these with us):** Basic understanding of data architecture and pipeline automation; Experience with Python (pandas, pytest, data validation); Familiarity with tools such as Great Expectations and Airflow; Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) for dashboard validation. **?? Differentiators:** Practical experience with automated data testing in analytical environments; Previous work in multidisciplinary teams involving Data Engineering and BI; Participation in continuous improvement initiatives for data quality; Knowledge of QA practices specifically tailored to data and analytics. **??
