Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support in import routines, from prospecting and negotiating with suppliers to logistical follow-up. Documentation analysis and logistics of imports **Job Description:** ---------------------- Will be responsible for supporting operations and routines of the import department, acting strategically and operationally throughout the entire process—from prospecting and negotiating with international suppliers to documentation and logistics follow-up of imports. Key responsibilities: \- Provide immediate support to all requests from the department head; \- Prospect internal and external suppliers and service providers; \- Negotiate with international suppliers to achieve optimal cost-benefit; \- Prepare and verify documents and spreadsheets; \- Analyze import documentation; \- Obtain quotations for equipment and products abroad; \- Assist with general departmental import demands; \- Request samples for quality testing; \- Monitor and verify follow-ups, invoices, process closures, etc.; \- Enter and update import orders in the system; \- Perform estimates of import costs; \- Follow up on product warranty returns from foreign suppliers. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in International Relations, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel); * Intermediate English (strong reading and writing skills); **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Strong willingness to learn and work; * Organized and detail-oriented. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal allowance; * Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruits; * Health insurance (after 90 days); * Dental insurance (after 90 days); * Pet health insurance (after 90 days); * Pharmacy benefits (after 90 days); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Gym membership benefits; * Birthday day off. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Palhoça **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
