Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational/Audiovisual Assistant to support the setup and teardown of technical structures for events, with a focus on LED screens, TVs, audio, and lighting equipment. We are looking for an **Operational/Audiovisual Assistant** to directly support the setup and teardown of technical structures such as LED panels, TVs, audio systems, lighting, and other event-related equipment. The professional will also provide logistical support to the team, including transportation, organization, and maintenance of equipment, as well as attending events alongside the technical team. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the **setup and teardown** of LED panels, TVs, mounts, audio systems, lighting, and technical structures. * Assist in the **installation and removal** of TVs, mounts, and accessories. * Assist in **loading and unloading equipment**, and transporting it to responsible technicians. * Assist in **organizing cases, materials, and company vehicles**, keeping them clean and ready for use. * Assist in **basic testing of LED panels and TVs**. * Support the operational and technical team as required by event needs. * Drive company vehicles for equipment transportation (when authorized). **Candidate Profile** * A **dynamic, proactive individual with eagerness to learn and grow**. * Commitment to **schedules**, deliverables, and organization. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Good **physical condition** for loading and moving equipment. * Interest in the **events and audiovisual field** is a plus. **Requirements** * Completed high school; * **Driver’s license Category B (minimum)** – Category D is a plus; * **Availability for variable hours** (including weekends, according to the event calendar); * **Availability for travel**; * Prior experience in events, setup, or logistics is desirable (not mandatory); * Basic knowledge of **IT/computing** is desirable. **Employment Type** * **Permanent CLT contract** * **Full-time** * Shift schedule **6x1** (with possibility of overtime and travel) **What We Offer** * A **collaborative environment**, with growth opportunities; * Participation in **large-scale events** and unique experiences; * **Hands-on training** with the technical team; * A genuine opportunity for **professional development** in the audiovisual and events field.
