The professional will work in the Sales department, being responsible for the first contact with potential customers, that is, conducting prospecting, diagnosis, and lead qualification, creating qualified opportunities together with the sales team for closing deals. If you are a disciplined, focused, organized person who enjoys working with methods and processes, this opportunity might be for you. **Responsibilities and duties** Identify and actively prospect customers; Qualify leads using digital tools; Interact with leads via phone, e\-mail, and LinkedIn; Work toward targets within activities; Monitor metrics and track performance improvement; Manage and maintain a lead pipeline; Learn about the Telecommunications market. Participate in industry fairs and events. Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams. Generate insights during the process by working with and reporting to the marketing and sales teams to help develop strategies. **Requirements and qualifications** Knowledge of Outbound and Inbound Marketing; Mastery of prospecting techniques (cold calling) and qualification (SPIN); Experience with workflow automation tools; Experience in sales, pre\-sales, or customer relationship.
