Network modernization and automation projects, IoT, and security Job Description: Network Analyst – Digital Transformation (Vendor Management) **Position Objective:** Ensure network infrastructure stability and modernization by serving as the technical bridge between the company’s digital transformation requirements and third-party solutions, guaranteeing SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and efficiency of contracted services. Main Responsibilities * **Supplier Management (Vendor Management):** Monitor network service contracts (telecom, Cloud/SD-WAN), ensuring adherence to service levels (SLA), manage high-level technical support tickets with suppliers, and evaluate partner performance. * **Infrastructure Digital Transformation:** Actively participate in migrating legacy networks to modern technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, cloud computing), implementing new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. * **Network Monitoring and Support:** Analyze performance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), diagnose complex connectivity and security issues, and ensure high availability. * **Modernization Projects:** Support implementation of network automation tools, Internet of Things (IoT), and security initiatives, aligning infrastructure with business strategy. Mandatory Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in IT, Computer Networks, Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Experience:** Proven experience in network administration (BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, Security, Firewalls). * **Third-Party Management:** Experience in IT supplier support, relationship management, or supplier management. * **Certifications:** Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) or equivalent cloud certifications are strong differentiators.
