Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and committed professional to join our Administrative team, managing infrastructure, coordinating services, and contributing to highly significant projects. We are looking for a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly significant projects. * Manage construction site infrastructure, including temporary facilities, living areas, warehouses, fencing, signage, internet, furniture, and other structures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Coordinate leasing of properties, vehicles, and support services according to internal policies; * Supervise gatehouse operations, access control, and asset security; * Organize and maintain project documentation and records, ensuring compliance with labor and regulatory standards; * Handle relations with labor unions, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), and other regulatory agencies; * Manage project accounting and support local financial controls; * Serve as the primary contact point among suppliers, clients, and colleagues; * Control inventory of materials and equipment, monitor stock levels, and initiate procurement when necessary; * Support direct labor (MOD) hiring processes; * Monitor employee contract deadlines and probationary periods. Requirements: To assume this position, you must: * Hold a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration; * Have prior experience in administrative routines on construction sites; * Possess knowledge of labor legislation; * Have experience in inventory control and supplier management; * Demonstrate organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills. * Prior experience with High-End Residential Construction Projects is required. * Must reside in Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú, or nearby regions.
