Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections of hallways, yards, and building facilities, checking cleaning needs, repairs, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment; * Supervise and ensure the hygiene of premises and facilities, guaranteeing that the building is always clean and organized; * Perform general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, carrying out minor repairs, or requesting technicians for larger repairs; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining silence during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; * Receive, verify, and distribute consumable and cleaning materials, ensuring proper storage of items; * Monitor the loading and unloading of goods, preventing theft and irregularities; * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors.
