Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising cleaning and organization of the building, performing general maintenance, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations. Ensure compliance with internal regulations We are looking for a professional to join our team as a **Building Attendant**! Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections in hallways, courtyards, and building facilities, verifying cleaning needs, repair requirements, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing, and other equipment; * Supervise and ensure hygiene of premises and facilities, guaranteeing that the building remains consistently clean and organized; * Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, perform minor repairs, or request qualified technicians for major repairs; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining quiet during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; * Receive, verify, and distribute consumable and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage of items; * Monitor loading and unloading of goods, preventing theft and irregularities; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by supervisors.
