Opportunity for professional growth Position: External Sales Representative – Solar Energy (Solar Panels) Responsibilities: * Actively prospect new customers (residential, commercial, and/or rural) * Conduct on-site visits to present solar energy solutions * Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts * Accompany customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing * Maintain relationships with existing customers * Update customer information in the CRM system and prepare sales reports Requirements: * Experience in external sales (experience in solar energy or construction is a plus) * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation * Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented personality * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel * Completed high school education Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy * Experience in consultative sales * Active customer portfolio Compensation and Benefits: * Attractive commission structure (earnings above market average) * Transportation allowance / fuel reimbursement (if applicable) * Technical and commercial training * Opportunity for professional growth Do you identify with this position?
