Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and performing work at heights and electrical tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and maintenance for fiber optic and radio-based internet networks. 2. Installation and configuration of equipment on towers and electrical adaptations. 3. Development within a dynamic telecommunications environment. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Meet goals and performance indicators assigned to you; Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio-based internet, telephony, and fiber optic equipment; Provide technical support and equipment configuration to customers; Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in fiber optic networks; Install, configure, and maintain equipment mounted on internet towers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Perform low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain network cables, hardware, active and passive components, as well as FTTX and radio network equipment; Retrieve equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Adhere to Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Travel when required; Perform other related duties as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Desirable experience in the technical telecommunications field; Driver's license category B; Required certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Preferred Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic thinking; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal skills; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem – Health and Wellness Telemedicine Service Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Florianópolis.
