Scriptwriting and Content Creation (Screenwriter Focus) **Script Development:** Writing original scripts or adapting existing material for various formats (TV and social media) **Narrative Structure:** Creating structures focused on product promotion that capture audience attention. **Revision and Feedback:** Editing and revising scripts based on suggestions from direction, production, and other stakeholders. **Formatting:** Formatting scripts according to the project requirements. 2\. Production and Creative Management (Producer Focus) **Project Vision Management:** Ensuring the final product maintains the intended essence and tone. **Timeline and Budget Management:** Working within time and financial resource constraints (budget), ensuring production does not exceed planned limits. **Production, Pre- and Post-Production:** Monitoring content relevance for the target audience, tracking development through final delivery. **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing Administration, or related fields; Strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, and teamwork ability; Strong writing skills and storytelling development capability with proactive insights; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Creativity and innovation; **Visualization Skill:** Ability to read and write thinking in terms of image and sound (audiovisual language). **Organization and Time Management:** Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
