Prepare doughs, bases, and confectionery items (cakes, bread, pies, and desserts) according to recipes and departmental instructions; . Operate rollers and other equipment to achieve appropriate texture and shape; . Package and label products according to internal codes and company standards; . Sort, organize, and deliver products to cold storage rooms or for distribution; . Place daily orders for raw materials and retrieve products from cold storage rooms for preparation; . Monitor and record non-reusable products; . Ensure accurate product identification (price, expiration date, origin, and composition); . Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with safety and hygiene regulations; . Report equipment or facility maintenance needs to supervisors; . Participate in training programs and support the onboarding of new employees. **Requirements:** . Completed elementary school education; . Prior experience in food production, baking, or confectionery; . Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; . Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; .
