Job Summary:
Occupational safety professional to perform field inspections, develop programs, deliver training, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on the telecommunications sector.
Key Highlights:
1. Conducting safety inspections and managing programs (PGR, PCMSO)
2. Delivering training on regulatory standards (NRs) and PPE usage
3. Ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-10 and NR-35
Occupational Safety Technician – Telecommunications
**Main Responsibilities:**
Conduct safety inspections in the field and at operational units
Develop and monitor programs such as PGR, PCMSO, PPP, Risk Map, and PPE Record
Deliver training on regulatory standards (NRs), PPE usage, and safety procedures
Investigate and document accidents/incidents, proposing corrective actions
Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR\-10 (electrical installations safety) and NR\-35 (work at height)
Accompany teams during external activities, ensuring safe practices
Manage third-party contractors, ensuring adherence to the company’s safety protocols
**Mandatory Requirements:**
Completed technical education in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)
Proven experience in the role, preferably in the telecommunications sector
Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B)
Willingness to travel
Proficiency in key Regulatory Standards (NR\-01, NR\-05, NR\-06, NR\-09, NR\-10, NR\-15, NR\-17, NR\-35\)
Strong communication and training delivery skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
