If you have abundant energy, passion for sales, and a desire to grow, your place may be right here with us. **Your responsibilities with us will include:** \- Performing smartphone and tablet repairs, such as screen replacements across various brands, charging port repairs, software updates, soldering repairs, chemical baths, and more; \- Quoting, analyzing, and repairing smartphones and tablets approved by customers, meeting company requirements and standards; \- Contacting customers in person or by phone regarding technical support procedures and quotations; \- Assisting in inventory control of spare parts, promptly reporting to your immediate supervisor. **Required Qualifications:** \- Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician (Mandatory); \- Basic computer skills; \- Software proficiency and electronics knowledge are considered advantageous; \- Organizational and time-management skills; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** Fixed salary of BRL 3,000.00 \+ non-taxable cost-of-living allowance \+ 5% commission on all completed technical services. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 09:40 to 18:00 **So, are you interested?
