Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembly and Maintenance Assistant to support operational activities, with a focus on equipment assembly, maintenance, organization, and operation. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the technical team in various activities We are looking for an Assembly and Maintenance Assistant available to start immediately, to assist the company’s operational activities. The professional will be responsible for performing assemblies, assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance, organizing tools, preparing materials, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment used. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in equipment assembly according to technical instructions; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of tools and work area; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures; * Provide support to the technical team in various department-related activities. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of assembly, maintenance, or related fields; * Ability to work with manual and electric tools; * Capacity to follow technical instructions; * Proactive, responsible, and good communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Training courses in mechanics, electricity, or assembly. **Benefits:** * Maternity gift basket; * Health insurance (after probation period); * Fuel allowance/Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * On-site lunch; * Free parking; * Attendance bonus (Basic food basket); * Hazardous work allowance.
