Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling baggage and cargo, inspecting and supervising packaging, and performing aircraft marshalling and ground handling to ensure operational safety. Ground operational support, including aircraft marshalling and equipment checklists Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal standing posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, ramp operations, aircraft loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, signaling around the aircraft being serviced, and floor inspection and scanning to retrieve dropped objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the apron. Neuropsychic requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client Manual or dnata MGO; * Through reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), segregate items in airport sorting areas to ensure loading into appropriate storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (e.g., fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Through reading volume identification labels, unload baggage and cargo and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo packaging to verify suitability for transport, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo into holds while observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform marshalling of equipment during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes per service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2511020202231571374
