**Our Expectations** ----------------------- * Perform preventive elevator maintenance in accordance with current technical standards. * Diagnose mechanical and electronic failures using specialized tools (multimeter, board analyzer, parameterization software). * Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety procedures and processes at all stages of service delivery. * Accurately record activities in the internal system (service orders, time entries, and technical reports). * Serve customers with diverse profiles, providing technical support and clear guidance regarding equipment conditions. * Identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, or component upgrades, suggesting additional services where applicable. * Respond promptly to emergency requests while maintaining quality, safety, and transparent communication with the customer. **Who We Are Looking For** ----------------- ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Technical Course (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields). * Practical experience in equipment maintenance, preferably vertical transportation systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Experience with occupational safety procedures and standards (e.g., lockout/tagout, risk assessment). * Skill in clearly, technically, and objectively explaining diagnoses and solutions to customers. * Knowledge of basic consultative sales techniques (identifying needs and presenting solutions). ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with multi-brand equipment. * Knowledge of failure analysis via software or electronic parameterization. * Ability to present technical solutions in a structured and persuasive manner.
