Our delivery goes beyond—it's a commitment to **excellence** and **quality** that makes a difference in every solution we offer. **SDR \- Sales Development Representative** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Generate new business opportunities, reactivate inactive customers, strengthen relationships at the point of sale, and contribute to the growth of the sales portfolio. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Conduct active prospecting of inactive clients and new business opportunities * Qualify leads based on profile, demand, and commercial potential * Schedule meetings and visits for product and service presentations * Visit customers in person for sales analysis and identification of new opportunities * Perform point-of-sale adjustments when necessary, ensuring brand standardization and visibility * Record and maintain an updated CRM with contact history * Monitor sales indicators and propose improvement actions * Meet prospecting, visit, and conversion targets **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of routes and logistics for commercial visits * Proficiency with CRM systems for customer tracking and registration * Familiarity with Office suite (especially Excel and Outlook) * Ability to read and interpret commercial information * Understanding of Trade Marketing and point-of-sale organization * Valid driver's license and availability for travel **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Meal allowance: BRL 400.00 * Life insurance * Study grant * Monthly birthday gifts * Company anniversary gift * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Gympass/Wellhub * Conexa Saúde \- consultations with Psychologist and Nutritionist **Location****Employment type****Work model** Florianópolis, SC, BR Full-time CLT Remote
