**Job Description:**

\- Verify purchase documentation/condition related to received materials, supplies, and products, reporting any abnormalities; \- Verify quantities and physical aspects of received materials, supplies, and products, reporting any abnormalities; \- Prepare and supply materials to requesting departments, according to received requests; \- Maintain stored materials properly identified and organized, optimizing the use of available space; \- Conduct inventory counts of materials in stock; \- Record received materials in the computerized system (invoice entry), excluding raw materials; \- Record issued/transferred materials in the computerized system; \- Monitor inventory levels and alert regarding: need for replenishment, inventory adjustments, or damaged materials; \- Perform inventory adjustments by analyzing identified discrepancies; \- Optimize product turnover by identifying non-moving items in stock and proposing actions to move them; \- Propose improvements/changes to inventory management procedures; \- Evaluate third-party suppliers, recommending continuation or disqualification; \- Control shipment and return of materials to third parties; \- Prepare management reports.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
* Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processors, internet);
