Provide constructive and individualized feedback **Job Requirements:** * Full Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics * 2 years of experience in this role * In-depth mastery of Mathematics content for Lower Secondary Education (Ensino Fundamental II) and Upper Secondary Education (Ensino Médio) * Knowledge of and ability to apply the Brazilian National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC) in lesson planning and pedagogical practices. \* \* **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and administer assessment tools (exams, assignments, projects) to measure student progress and performance. * Provide **constructive feedback** and individualized support to students, identifying difficulties and offering additional assistance (remedial classes, tutoring). * Maintain accurate attendance and performance records in physical or electronic class journals. * Actively participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and training sessions. * Collaborate with teaching staff in developing interdisciplinary projects, connecting Mathematics with other knowledge areas. * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress. * Stay updated on emerging trends and teaching methodologies in Mathematics education.
