Together with our 27,000+ students and their families, we form an even larger family grounded in strong values, lived daily across each of our schools—**LOVE, GRIT, FOCUS**, and **MERIT**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide service to parents and students, guiding them on matters related to school unit operations, academic segments, and class-level logistics (e.g., schedules, exam dates and content, timetables, fieldwork assignments); * Monitor exam entry/exit, attendance registration, and other student information in the system; * Collect and forward lesson plans, developmental portfolios, class diaries, etc. to Coordinators; * Support Coordination in organizational processes; * Assist in presentations and setup of general exhibitions and events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Additional Information** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * 44-hour workweek — Monday to Saturday.
