Position Details Issue material purchase orders via system to maintain adequate inventory levels. Receive and inspect office supplies, spare parts, and other materials, verifying purchase orders against invoices to ensure received items meet requested specifications. Organize storage of materials to preserve their physical integrity and usability, according to each material’s characteristics, while facilitating location and handling. Maintain inventory controls through appropriate records, entering all material receipts and issuances into the system to streamline replenishment. Respond promptly to user requests by supplying required materials and spare parts in a timely manner. Pick and deliver materials according to purchase orders, ensuring accurate delivery to designated departments. Knowledge of installation components and spare parts inventory management. Manage vehicle service orders (OS) for maintenance performed at the workshop, recording services in organized folders per vehicle to ensure proper vehicle usage by drivers.
