Attentive, responsible profile with strong commitment. **Store Operator / Security** **Job Description:** A dynamic and proactive professional who performs both daily store operational tasks and supports asset security and customer service. Responsible for maintaining environmental organization, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Restock, organize, and display merchandise on shelves according to store layout. * Check product expiration dates and replace price tags with updated pricing. * Assist in warehouse organization and store cleaning. * Serve and guide customers, providing product suggestions and information. * Support merchandise delivery to customers as needed. * Package products following quality and service standards. * Manage parking lot traffic: direct vehicles, distribute flyers, maintain spatial order. * Conduct internal patrols, monitor suspicious movements, and prevent theft or incidents. * Monitor security cameras and report irregular situations. * Ensure compliance with security protocols and personnel access control. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Prior experience is not required but considered a plus. * Attentive, responsible profile with good demeanor and commitment. * Minimum age: 18 years. * Must reside in the North of the Island (Canasvieiras or nearby areas). **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Permanent – intermittent * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Shift: 8 hours per day * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras **Benefits (pro-rated upon hiring):** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Basic food basket (attendance bonus after 3 months) * 13th-month salary * Overtime pay (when applicable) Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
