Location: Palhoça/SC **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the condominium, following the pre-established activity schedule; * Clean and maintain tools and materials used for daily activities; * Carry out preventive maintenance in condominium premises; * Inspect hydraulic and electrical installations of buildings; * Remove garbage and clean trash collection areas; * Perform other duties related to the position; **Flexible working hours and shift availability required.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Doorman (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
