If you identify with us, join TopMed and make a difference in people's lives! **Responsibilities:** * Map knowledge and competency gaps across teams (concierge, nursing, physicians, and non-physicians) * Conduct interviews, observations, and indicator analysis to identify training needs. * Develop in-person, online, and hybrid learning paths. * Create scripts, storyboards, manuals, presentations, and supporting materials. * Deliver technical, behavioral, and onboarding training programs. * Facilitate workshops, interactive activities, and hands-on sessions. * Support internal trainers, preceptors, and leaders. * Upload content, learning paths, courses, and assessments. * Monitor access, progress, and certifications. * Ensure organization and updating of the training catalog. * Administer reaction, learning, and effectiveness evaluations. * Build basic performance dashboards (e.g., adoption rate, NPS, progression). * Structure the new employee onboarding program. * Ensure delivery of mandatory and area-specific content. * Monitor ramp-up KPIs and autonomy levels. * Produce announcements, campaigns, and training launches. * Manage training schedules and relationships with internal departments. * Encourage participation and foster a culture of continuous development. * Identify partners for specialized training programs. * Evaluate proposals, negotiate fees with direct management, and track deliveries. * Ensure timely completion of mandatory training programs. * Maintain organized records for internal/external audits.
