Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations **\*Civil Construction Supervisor\*** Main Responsibilities:\- Coordinate and supervise work teams involved in civil construction, renovation, and building maintenance activities;\- Plan, organize, and control the execution of construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure;\- Analyze blueprints, technical specifications, and budgets to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations;\- Monitor and oversee work execution, evaluating quality, productivity, and team safety;\- Procure materials, equipment, and tools required for activities according to established procedures;\- Maintain organization and cleanliness at worksites, ensuring employee safety and well-being;\- Prepare reports and records of information related to projects and performed activities.
