Working with hand and power tools, attention to detail **POSITION: STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLER** **Company recognized as a leader in the nautical industry.** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for assembling structural components of vessels, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards. Works directly on installation and adjustment of components such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, superstructures, and other elements, guaranteeing the vessel's structural integrity. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in using hand and power tools; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and follow safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience in structural assembly of boats or related activities; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly specifications; * Knowledge of material properties used, such as fiberglass, resins, and structural elements. **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS:** * Flexible fuel allowance up to 70% (car, motorcycle, or carpool) or sustainable mobility support (assistance in purchasing a customized bicycle) or public transportation support (municipal transit pass assistance); * 100% toll allowance; * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch (R$1.00 daily deduction); Payment: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
