Professional to monitor production processes, perform laboratory analyses, oversee quality, and operate water and effluent treatment systems.

### **Your daily responsibilities:**
* Monitor the bottling process on production lines;
* Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation (CIP);
* Prepare and adjust production lines for startup;
* Conduct laboratory analyses (Brix, CO₂, caustic soda, fill level, among others);
* Monitor quality standards and take corrective actions for non-conformities;
* Operate and monitor the WTP and WWTP (water and effluent treatment plants);
* Control quality indicators and records;
* Work with CCP and PRP, ensuring food safety;
### **✅** **What we are looking for:**
* Completed high school education;
* Completed technical course (Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related fields);
* Prior experience in industry is desirable, preferably in food or beverage sector;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility;
### **Advantages:**
* Experience with physicochemical analyses;
* Hands-on experience with WTP/WWTP;
* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, MASP);
