Opportunity for team development and quality management **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise field and/or back-office technical teams performing installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications services (fiber optics, radio, data, and voice). * Ensure compliance with operational deadlines and targets (SLA, productivity, quality, safety, and cost). * Monitor operational KPIs and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Manage work schedules, staff deployments, and resource utilization (vehicles, materials, equipment). * Conduct training and promote team development. * Support quality and occupational safety management for field operations. * Prepare operational reports and participate in performance review meetings with management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Computer Networks, or related fields.
