Occupational Safety Technician

Job Summary: Professional responsible for occupational safety management, risk analysis, documentation preparation, and training delivery, aiming for continuous improvement of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in risk analysis and continuous process improvement 2. Development of prevention campaigns and safety culture initiatives 3. Preparation of Occupational Safety documents and training materials RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and monitor action plans for non-conformities; Conduct risk analysis and drive continuous process improvement; Develop prevention campaigns and strengthen safety culture; Support absence management and interface with the National Social Security Institute (INSS); Conduct occupational safety and health (OSH) onboarding for new employees; Prepare Occupational Safety documents (PGR, APR, PPE data sheets, Work Orders, among others); Deliver training on Regulatory Standards (NRs) 18, 06, 12, 35, and CIPA (NR 05\); Provide client support to clarify doubts, deliver updates, and prepare documents; Support clients throughout their journey within the company (support, follow-up, and after-sales); Assist clients in CIPA electoral processes using the SOC system; Plan and conduct measurements of hazardous agents; Perform site visits and prepare reports in accordance with NR 18; Conduct technical inspections to identify occupational hazards and develop the PGR; Develop document templates (APRs and technical guidelines); Investigate workplace accidents and issue Accident Communication Forms (CAT). REQUIREMENTS Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Basic proficiency in Word and Excel; Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) required; Knowledge of eSocial system; Willingness to travel; Knowledge of SOC and AutoCAD is a plus.
