We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Load and unload products from vehicles, inspecting the physical condition of goods, using equipment safely and in accordance with procedures, ensuring safe and efficient unloading; * Restack products physically onto pallets, reorganizing items per operational procedures to ensure inventory accuracy and logistical operation efficiency; * Store products in the warehouse, organizing them by category and movement priority so as not to obstruct equipment or personnel circulation, facilitating internal logistics and order picking; * Support product replenishment at picking locations, organizing items according to demand and operational guidelines, using appropriate tools or techniques while maintaining workplace safety and order, identifying damaged items and directing them to the unitized goods department, and removing ladders from picking locations to ensure availability and efficiency in the picking process; * Move and organize products according to designated locations, using equipment safely and per procedure, arranging loads efficiently and safely while preserving product quality and integrity to ensure safe and efficient transportation to destination; * Occasionally operate the Sorter system, supporting induction, sorting, movement, labeling, and rejection activities per procedures and under Leader supervision, contributing to the full functionality of the automated system; * Maintain an organized warehouse, classifying products by criteria such as type or expiration date to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency; * Pick correct products in exact quantities, locating requested items and following procedures to prevent damage and ladder-related incidents, thereby ensuring productivity, accuracy, and product validity; * Conduct physical inventory counts following leadership instructions to reconcile with existing data, supporting inventory accuracy; * Physically verify prepared orders prior to shipment, comparing items against corresponding documentation to ensure delivery accuracy and quality; * Package and label products using appropriate materials and marking items with necessary information to protect products during transit and facilitate delivery; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Incomplete High School Education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement opportunities; * Childcare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
