Contribute to a positive experience for customers and guests About the Position We are looking for an operational professional who is organized and detail-oriented to perform cleaning and maintenance of commercial and corporate environments within a multifunctional condominium (hotel, restaurants, coworking spaces, and common areas). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining environments to a high standard of quality, organization, and presentation, directly contributing to a positive experience for customers, guests, and professionals. Main Responsibilities **Cleaning and Maintenance of Environments** * Technical cleaning of hotel areas, reception, and lounges * Sanitization of restaurants and food service areas * Cleaning of meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and offices * Maintenance of parking lots, outdoor areas, and common areas * Application of appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces (glass, marble, wood, carpets) **Sanitary Hygiene** * Cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces * Hygienization of tables, chairs, counters, and public restrooms * Compliance with specific protocols for food service areas **Aesthetic Maintenance** * Polishing of glass, mirrors, and metallic surfaces * Floor, carpet, and upholstery treatment * Furniture arrangement after cleaning * Identification and reporting of maintenance needs **Material and Waste Management** * Restocking supplies (paper, soap, hand sanitizer) * Control and organization of cleaning materials * Collection and separation of recyclable, organic, and general waste * Support for sustainability practices **Operational Support** * Assistance in event setup and cleanup * Space organization according to requirements * Signage for wet floors and risk prevention Requirements **Knowledge:** * Professional cleaning techniques * Proper use of cleaning products and materials * Basic occupational safety awareness **Advantages:** * Experience in hospitality or restaurants * Basic customer service knowledge Desired Profile * Organization and attention to detail * Meticulousness and care in environmental presentation * Professional and discreet demeanor * Proactivity * Commitment to regulations and safety Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
