Organization and attention to detail, responsibility for deadlines About the Position We are looking for a Fiscal Assistant to work at an accounting office, supporting fiscal department routines and ensuring proper organization and calculation of tax information for client companies. This position is ideal for professionals aiming to build a career in the fiscal area and gain practical experience in accounting office routines. Main Responsibilities Recording and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices Importing XML files Calculating taxes for companies under the Simples Nacional regime Assisting with tax calculations for companies under the Lucro Presumido regime (basic level) Issuing tax payment slips (DAS, ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS) Organizing fiscal documents Assisting with submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal and SPED Contribuições) Requirements: **Requirements** Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences OR a Technical Course in Accounting Prior experience at an accounting office Basic knowledge of CFOP, CST/CSOSN, and NCM Fundamental understanding of ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS Proficiency with software systems **Advantages** Experience with Domínio System Experience with companies under the Simples Nacional regime Experience handling high volumes of invoices Desired Profile Organization and attention to detail Responsibility for deadlines Quick learning ability Good communication skills Careful and committed attitude Benefits Meal allowance: R$ 500 Transportation allowance / Fuel allowance
