Job Summary: The Financial Assistant will be responsible for collecting payments from delinquent customers, preparing reports, issuing invoices (boletos), and supporting third-party collection agencies. It operates across multiple Brazilian states and is beginning its expansion into Latin America. In Santa Catarina, it positions itself as a company serving through multiple channels, with its headquarters, manufacturing facility, and its own retail store (NCoisas) located in Greater Florianópolis. With revenue growth exceeding 80% in the past year, it is seeking a Financial Assistant to join its team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conducting collections from delinquent customers via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and e\-mails. Sending e\-mails containing collection notices and overdue invoices (boletos) Preparing weekly delinquency reports for sharing with managers. Issuing and sending invoices (boletos) via e\-mail. Suggesting customers for reporting to Serasa Recording collection information in the ERP system.
